- Carpenter Ant: Carpenter ants are extremely meticulous in their destruction, leaving a clean, well-maintained hollowed out trail in the wood. Sawdust may be apparent as galleries are cut through wood structures.
- Termites: These messy eaters leave layers of mud wherever they have been in your CT home. The damaged wood is much more thin or ragged.
